This is a skin tight silicone suit that was in 2 pieces, legs and upper torso. The hole in his chest was hooked up to a pressure pot that sprayed gooey black acid ( not real acid).

Impressive, very close to the original motion picture (maked in CGI). What material did you use? Latex?

They actually are the originals and they did some cgi enhancement to them, but all the stuff was the suit performers.
